
Prosciutto is an Italian dry-cured ham that is usually thinly sliced and served uncooked; this style is called Prosciutto Crudo in Italian. We are proud to offer this artisanal Ontario product made using old world Italian methods to make Pingue Prosciutto. When Niagara Food Specialities receives the fresh hams, they are trimmed then sea-salt preserved and air-dried for a minimum of 18 months before bringing them to market.
