Is there a minimum amount I have to order?
Yes. We have a minimum order of $100.00 before taxes for all orders.
What if I have a food allergy or really dislike a certain food?
If you have a food allergy or dislike a particular food item, please tell us what items you are allergic to or dislike in the notes section of the checkout. We will review your order to make sure it is safe for your dietary requirements. Please note that trace amounts may be present as this is beyond our control. For example St. Lawrence Market, like any grocery establishment, is not a peanut free facility but we will make sure your products contain no nuts.
Can I call you and place my order over the phone?
Absolutely, if you are more comfortable placing your order by phone call us at 647-544-2433 be glad to help.

How does delivery work and how much do you charge for deliver?
We will contactless deliver your order for FREE within Toronto within 72 hours. ( Hwy 427 to Scarborough / Lake Ontario to Steeles Ave.) Once your order has been scheduled for delivery we will contact you with a four hour delivery window. When we arrive we will call you then leave your order on your doorstep and send you a confirmation text with a photo. If you live in a condo building we can leave your order with the concierge or call you when we arrive so you can meet us at the buildings main entrance. We offer contactless deliver from Burlington to Bowmanville and Downtown Toronto to Caledon. A small delivery fee per order applies outside of the city.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
We do not offer curbside pickup at this time. We will contactlessly deliver your items.
I can't find an item I am looking for.
We have tried to curate the most popular items available at St. Lawrence Market. We do add new products quite frequently. If you are looking for a product and we don't have it, just contact us and we will do our best to get it for you.
Can you customize the boxes?
If you would like a custom order, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you are interested in and your contact info and we will get back to you.
What happens if you can't get an item I ordered?
If we absolutely cannot get an item you ordered you will be notified before the delivery and offered a substitute or you may cancel it and receive a refund.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, since these are food items and due to the present COVID 19 restrictions we cannot accept any returns at this time. If you are absolutely unsatisfied with the product for a valid reason, we will issue an electronic gift card for the value of the product in question for future use.
