Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers

Serves: 4


  • 2 lb lean ground turkey
  • 2 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (1 teaspoon dried)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil grill grate.
  2. While the grill is preheating, mix turkey, spinach, feta, egg, parsley, garlic, sea salt and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Using your hands, form mixture into 6 patties. Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, cucumber slices and Tzatziki
